Slow down. Do not drive so fast that you miss everything that happens around. Enjoy the views of trees and fountains. Do not worry about rushing from place to place, as if it is a long race. Rather slow down and respect those who are around you. Show them the same respect you would like to receive. When you drive so fast, you cause accidents which do nothing to distress anyone. You hurt and endanger your neighbors, you behave aggressively and frighten the pedestrians and bicyclists. Learn to slow down, let people pass you when they need to, watch for slower moving vehicles. Driving slower allows you to see what is happening around you, realizing that you are not the only one around, you are a part of the city. You have a relationship to everyone around you, this relationship requires you to be respectful and careful for their safety.

Craigslist is very popular here in Ft. Wayne. There are a lot of good deals on it and if you are looking for a used car this may be your only option. Being so close to Detroit, used cars are a hard find. Almost all of the dealers simply sell new cars so it is very tough to find a good used car. But if you are looking for new cars, or pre-owned vehicles you will have a very easy time at it. There are a few large dealerships that are very easy to find and reach. They have a lot of choices to choose from so you will not have any issues buying a new car from them. But if you need a cheap used card, then go to Craigslist! It will have what you want!

While going to church we would have to leave early on a Sunday morning to make it to church on time. So the roads at this time of day are very empty and it's usually just me and a few other drivers. While driving to church we would drive from the north part of Ft. Wayne to the country on the south side. This meant that we had to drive through the entire city from north to south, straight through the heart. When it is dark outside, the MLK bridge is lit up with color changing lights. So when it is dark outside, and just you and the road, this bridge is the most magical thing to drive under. It feels as if you are entering another world when you come to downtown. Transforming your drive from just another boring drive to a real adventure.

Cold Springs Blvd.. Because this is the street that leads to our apartment. Whenever we reach it I know that I am almost home. The street is divided with grown trees on both sides of the road. Shaded, slow, and comfortable. This road means that everything is good, we are home, we are safe, traffic is lessened. It is the perfect amount of relaxation needed at the end of a long day, after fighting traffic and experiencing the idiots on the road, this road means that it is all over and it is time to come home to my wife. No more noise, no more stress, just time to be home.

Be alert. Sometimes in a bigger city you always need to pay attention to the cars around you. Make sure you know where you are going. There are parts in the city that you would not want to get lost in.

There are several car dealerships in the city. I would just make sure to do your research before committing to buy. Carfax is always a good way to go when you are looking to buy a car.

My favorite experiences of driving in this city is driving around with my best friend. She and I go to dinner together about once a month and go shopping and hang out afterwards and it is great spending the time together. There have been times where we have got lost but we always find our way together.

Aboite Road. The Scenery on this road is absolutely beautiful. Trees line both sides of the road and in the fall they are beautiful. There are really big pretty houses along that road that are fun to look at as well.
