Inexpensive and gets me from A to B, but has issues.
I purchased this car brand new off the lot in late 2009. It's a sturdy enough car, and eight years and 110,000+ miles later, it's still going just fine with minimal maintenance. I bought this while I was single and in college, which was perfect. However, I started having electrical issues very frequently after purchase. Within a few years, all but one of the speakers was broken, the turn signal no longer clicked, the radio turns itself off and changes settings on its own, the AUX input doesn't work, and I can't use the phone charger because it shorts my phones out. One of the plastic pieces where windshield fluid comes out broke off in some ice fairly early on, as well. I also had to have several recall issues fixed right after purchase. The trunk is large, though, and it maneuvers very easily, which is nice. It is only now starting to get small rust spots on the outside, and that's after 8+ years of use with no garage.

My vehicle has been perfect for my needs
I love everything about my vehicle. Even down to the laser blue color flecks that reflect different colors depending on the lighting it is under. When I purchased the car I was a single, young adult male with two objectives - getting to work and getting to softball. The trunk space was just what I needed for all of my softball gear as coach. But the seats folded down nicely for my corn hole boards so I was able to help save the office party.

Chevy Cobalt- Risky Car
I have a 2007 Chevy Cobalt LS, coupe. The car is very good looking but has had worse than average performance. I have had a fuel line leak, which should never happen. In addition to two recalls, I have also had electrical problems that prevented me from taking my car out of park. The radio display works intermittently, so occasionally I am not able to see the time or what station I am on. Also the connections to the front two speakers is broken, so sound only comes out of the rear speakers. This makes it uncomfortably loud for people in the back seat if I have music playing. The car does have a nice sporty look to it. Its fuel efficiency is low relative to other cars in its class. Overall, I think I have had a better experience than most with this car. I would not purchase it again, though. It is not very reliable and seems to be made kind of cheaply. The 2007 is one of the worst Cobalt's available. I have about 110,000 miles on this car. I do like that this car has quite a bit of trunk space. However, visibility is not that great in the rear side windows.
