Enjoy
The Trailblazer that I have is nice. I did not pick the vehicle myself but I like it because it fit my family at the time of purchase. I like that it is large enough to feel like I am sitting above other cars when I am driving on the highway. That I can see all around and that the windows are wide enough that there is a minimal blind spot. I like that you can adjust the seat to sit higher if you like to sit high up or you can move the pedals towards you in case you are too short. The seating is easy to clean when you have leather interior. The trunk area is large and the little compartments are very convenient. Some of the things that I don't like is that they tend to have electrical issues. Although the vehicle was previously owned when I bought it, the heated seats and CD player went out within 3 months of having the vehicle. With children, things fall in-between the seats easily. It did not come with the car seat buckle.

Worst Chevy ever!
I've owned many a Chevrolet in my day, and I've loved them all except this Blazer I bought off someone. From day one I've had many a problem with it. The one thing that stands out the most is when my keys got stuck in the ignition when I went out one day. It was actually the 5th or 6th time that this had happened to this vehicle. Something to do with a security switch that wouldn't work. I had to pay someone $259 to come out and fix it. Other things that needed fixing 3 months into owning it were the radiator, brakes, back hood wouldn't latch, and transmission problems. In all, I only spent $3000 for the car, but within 3 months I put $3500 into it. Another basic, but still dangerous thing about the car was the inability to correctly see out of the passenger side while changing lanes. The passenger seat was always in the way of my sight no matter how I had it sitting. Look, I loved all of my old Chevy vans....truly did. But, I would never get another Blazer again.

Reliable, attractive, tough, comfortable.
This vehicle was purchased to replace a mom-van. I liked the van because I could transport many K-9's in it with their own kennels. I chose the Trailblazer because it had a 4WD,, which is needed in Midwest winters for sure. While the van was easy to get children and dogs out of, the Trailblazer offered more versatility in movement, safety on the road, and a sleeker image.
