When my older model Ford Escape began requiring more in maintenance than it was worth, I replaced it with a used 2010 Escape. The car is very attractive, a nice shade of red with tan leather, and I was excited to drive it. However, I quickly discovered the looks were the only advantage over my previous vehicle. This version lacks the pick up and traction of my former car and has been a disappointment in that area. It is also plagued with an annoying brake issue that keeps recurring despite several trips to both a dealership and a private garage to try to fix it.

Ken Garff Ford was very helpful in helping me find the car I wanted. I had expected pushy overbearing salespeople, but the salesmen at this dealership were very friendly, and not pushy at all. I was also pleasantly surprised at the price and selection. When all was said and done I walked away with what I think was a great deal. Will defiantly go back!

I've known Mike for over 30 years. So, I admit, I'm prejudice. They have an excellent parts and service department. The inventory is great, and I can almost always find what I'm looking for. If not, they can get it for me. I guess in the end it is the comfort level combined with the service that keeps me loyal.
