I've driven a focus for almost 10 years now and put over 150k miles into it. The Ford focus is extremely affordable, reliable, and a great daily commuter. The lack of HP is made up for by it's light weight.

My wife and I bought this vehicle when we had our second child. We knew that we would be running out of room if we both kept our smaller sedans, so we began looking for something bigger. We both hated the idea of getting a minivan and being "those people" (no offense to those people). So, when we found these, we were very impressed. We had initially desired a Chevy Traverse, but found them to be hard to see out the back and cheaply made. This was not that. These are great vehicles that are dependable and high quality. We love the look, the interior, everything about it! It has had zero issues since we bought it (minus the normal wear and tear issues that come up with a vehicle with over 100,000 miles on it). The fuel economy is about what you would expect. We were getting about 26 mpg out of one of our older sedans, so to get 21 out of a 4 wheel drive vehicle is fantastic! The comfort of this vehicle is also very nice. Drove it from Wisconsin to Georgia with zero issues. It was nice enough to ride in that you didn't care about the long drive. We have now decided that we will be a Ford Explorer family for many years to come! Storage is also a plus. It can fit two bikes, a scooter and a three-wheel vehicle for our family when we decide to go for a ride!
