I purchased the vehicle as my first car out of college. I wanted something that had utility, but didn't look like a soccer mom car and didn't have horrible mpg. The Rav4 sport edition seemed to be a perfect fit. My Rav4 has been extremely reliable through tough winter conditions. There was really not much to dislike. The car rode well and was able to carry my bikes and anything else I needed. One downfall of the sport edition is that there is no spare tire. My model only had a four cylinder engine so it did not have a ton of acceleration, but I wasn't looking for that. If you are looking to consistently get from point A to B and have utility without breaking the bank. This is the car for you.

I drive a 99 Camry and adore it, so when we has our first kid and my wife required a vehicle to supplant her 94 accord roadster we went with Toyota. The RAV (sport package)is sharp looking. We now have two children, and it has ended up extremely confined. We have had the auto for barely a year now and have had the check motor light on for the greater part of that time because of a coming up short cat converter, however we've not had any inconvenience yet.
