Used Ford Taurus for Sale in Columbus, OH

This has been a wonderful car. I have put nearly 200,000 miles on it and it is still running great. I bought it slightly used, but have owned it for 12 years. I have replace some of the parts due to wear and tear, but it has held up really well. The body is even still in fair shape for being 15 years old. Thanks to the fold down back seat I have been able to haul 8 foot 2x4s. It's as close as you can get to a truck with a regular sized sedan. The gas mileage is pretty good. It is a six cylinder. I get about twenty two miles per gallon on average. I am happy with that. Even all of the electric parts have held up well. Automatic windows and even air conditioning is going strong. That is impressive at 200,000. I am hoping this car goes another 100,000 miles. And at this rate, it very well may do it. I would recommend a Ford Taurus to someone who wants a car that will last them a very good long time.

I love the classic lines of the body. I find it aesthetically pleasing. Although it has good lines, it is solid in most respects. It hugs the road and feels impervious to high winds and passing semis. It is sufficiently comfortable and has enough amenities to make it good for a road trip. It is sturdy and durable and has been reliable for 18 years. Fuel economy is satisfactory, though probably not as good as newer vehicles.
