My Accord has been with my family for a very long time. I believe it is one of those cars that will never die. I got it new and have driven it every since. I have never had any major issue with it, and it has taken me to work every weekday for 12+ years now. I love the size as it can hold me, my wife and my son comfortably and leave room for more. I have held four suitcases in the trunk without issue as well. It survived being struck by lightning once, and even though insurance paid $12k to fix it, it still runs great. As I just got over $200,000, it's finally showing some signs of wear, but those are fixable and I see it lasting many more years.

It's now rolled over to 300,000 miles and still doing amazing. It gets fantastic gas mileage and all of the parts are cheap. It also has plenty of room for my family and I, without being too large or bulky. I have never had engine or transmission trouble with it. It's easy to find aftermarket parts. The backseat is spacious. There is plenty of trunk room. The interior is still in great condition. The airbags are still working.
