Reliable car
I bought this car with about 150k miles on it and have driven if for about another 20k. It requires regular maintenance, as could be expected from an older car, but I never experienced major issues. I can rely on this car to get me where I need to go. The car is basic. It doesn't have any bells and whistles (not even power locks and windows). However, it runs smoothly, never failed a smog check and does reasonable gas mileage (I would say, about 30 mpg highway). The car is compact, easy to maneuver and to park, yet it is reasonably spacious inside, with a decent-sized trunk. Putting down the back seat allowed me to transport larger items, such as a ladder or a mattress. I also like the design. Some older cars look very outdated, but the 2000 Civic does not, at least in my opinion. Overall, this car is not flashy, but it's a workhorse that does what it was made to do.

Reliable and easy to drive.
I like the size of the vehicle it fits me well. I'm 5'3 and the car is neither too small or too big for me. I like that I can easily park in spaces. I have driven my car for 150,000 miles without anything too major needing to be fixed. I like that its a hybrid and that I am helping with pollution.
I do not like that the hybrid battery for the 2007 model seems to be faulty. I had to change out the hybrid battery out twice already and luckily it was covered by the warranty. I think for a hybrid car it should get more mileage than it does. It drives smooth for the most part, but sometimes the car feels a little jerky especially when using the AC.
The interior quality is average (neither very low or very high quality). Some of the color for my volume knob and my channel controller on the wheel has chipped off.
The paint and interior dashboard has seem to have kept well even with me parking it outside regularly.

Love it
I love my car. There is nothing I dislike about it. It runs great. I bought it used, so I had to replace a lot of the parts afterwards. I taught myself how to drive (no parents), so I crashed it a couple times. It was a cheap car, so I was able to replace the exterior. If it had been another car, I probably would have still crashed it. Replacing another car probably would have been more expensive. I see a lot of people with the same car. I saw someone with a similar car, and it was a hybrid. I've thought about getting a hybrid. I'm going to stick to gas. I'm sure the gas car is cheaper. There's no point paying for a hybrid. It's a great car.
