Used Toyota Corolla for Sale in Bakersfield, CA

No bells and whistles in this car, but it served its purpose well and was a good family car (for my family of 4). Never had any huge problems with it, only time it ever needed to be taken to the shop was once after a minor accident (passenger door got rammed) and for regular maintenance - oil change and such. Did have the engine light on for a while which was troubling, but that resolved quickly enough and wasn't major. Extra features would have been great, like seen in newer/more expensive cars (rear cameras, Bluetooth capabilities), but for the price paid it had all I needed for transportation purposes. Never had any problem with the A/C, which is a big one for me in the warm climates I've lived in with this car. It's not the smoothest drive, but not noticeably rattly either. This was the first car I learned to drive in, and a very decently sized car for that purpose. Any car bigger than it is a challenge in parking, and smaller ones feel cramped. It isn't the most comfortable car for a road trip, as it's pretty compact, but it's survived several long annual road trips with 4 people and 2 cats!

This car was purchased in an emergency after my previous car was completely totaled by a hit and run driver. Aside from my two jobs, I was about three months from graduating college and had to make a fifty-mile round trip four days a week. This car was bought with cash and had a little over 100k miles on it but ran with no major problems, passed smog, got good gas mileage, sounded good and looked good. It got me to and from school no problem and still runs good to years later.
