Used Honda Civic for Sale in Owensboro, KY

The Honda Civic EX coupe is one of the most reliable cars out there. I have put over 400,000 miles on it with only routine maintenance being performed. While it's not the most luxurious car, the interior is well built and I have only had minor wear and tear damage occur over the past 10 years, mainly just wear on the seats and slight cracking on some plastic parts. Gas mileage is pretty great and continues to be great even with some many miles on the engine. I regular get around 30 - 35 miles per gallon (depending on road conditions/traffic) and even in stop and go traffic I usually average around 25 MPG. Performance wise, it's nothing to write home about...it will get you moving in traffic but don't expect a supercar. Handling is pretty good, taking tight curves is easy and the car reacts well to what you want it to do. The one bad thing about the car is the tendency for rust around the rear wheel wells/gas tank lid. I've had to spend quite a bit of money having that area repaired of rust after a particular harsh winter., road salt and water will just eat that area up. It's something to keep in mind if you live in an area where a lot of road salt/brine is used. All in all if you want a car that will last till the end of time, then this is it. I don't think I'll be giving this car up until the engine finally gives out, whenever that will be.

The Honda Civic is probably one of the best vehicles I have ever owned in my life. First the fact that I was able to get a low-mile, used one for under $7,000 was a big bonus, and the gas mileage on this car is ridiculous. I tend to get at least 30 MPG, and that is no joke. I can drive to and from work on a full tank of gas before I have to fill up again. Also, this car is super easy on brakes and tires. I am still on the originals, and I have 70,000 miles on this car right now. Aside from oil changes and air filters and wiper blades, I really haven't had to put any additional money in the car, and I have had it for two years. The bad thing about the car is the fact that its a base model so that means there is no back-up camera or even Bluetooth in the car, but this is really something I can add and isn't a requirement in a good car just a nice luxury to have. The only other negative I can think of off of the top of my head is that around the windows the plastic trim is starting to fade, but it's fading in what looks like bubbles. At some point I'll replace them because to me it looks pretty bad, but that isn't anything major its just a cosmetic thing and doesn't effect the car.
