This vehicle is exactly what you would expect from Honda. It's a regular 4-door sedan with good gas mileage, a good amount of space, and plenty of longevity.
Historia
We got 3 people, 2 dogs, and a cat and all of our stuff in the car for a weekend trip!
A Favor
The gas mileage is very good on this car, especially at about 70 mph. I consistently get 35 mpg overall and well over 40 mpg on the highway. It has a surprisingly large amount of space even. On one trip, we had 3 people, two dogs, a cat, and all of our luggage in the car, and we fit just fine. Beyond that, the car doesn't require very much maintenance. I consistently check the tire pressure, but it has never gone down on me. We've had the car for about 8k miles and all we've done so far is get an oil change, and we shouldn't require much maintenance in the years to come. I fully expect thi... (more)

The civic is a low riding car. It can get stuck in the snow because it is also so light. On the freeway, high speeds can start to feel unsafe as the car lifts off the road a little bit. Also, it is impossible to carry anything too bulky inside the car. We used to have a van, so it was a little bit of a shock that we couldn't haul everything around if we wanted to.

My Honda civic is a great car. I bought it used from a friend and it is still going strong at over 300,000 miles. It gets great gas mileage and has only needed minor repairs. If it weren't for the rust from winter this car would last forever.

It has extremely good gas mileage. Cheap repairs and parts, and the cars are still stylish after all this time. Handles well on the highway. It does alright in the snow. It is a great car for someone on a budget or who just wants to save money.

The car is small so if you have to haul more than five people it can be a bit rough. The car is a bit on the slow side, though this is not a problem for me.
