No big problems - great car
I bought this Honda CR-V used back in 2006. It had only a few thousand miles on it; I think the previous owner only drove it to work. First, I was leery about spending that much on a car. I paid $25k, but over the last 12 years, it has really held up. I have had, literally, only one ongoing problem with it. The head lamp. One of them goes out quicker than the other. I'm also not a great person to "upkeep" a car, and that being said, I've really had no problems. Once in a while we take it in for a belt or adjustment, but it's a great car.

It is a good first car and lasts long. Not luxurious
My honda cry is a great, sturdy car. It is the first car I have ever owned, and I think it is great for first time drivers and car owners. It has a thick, sturdy metal body and therefore I feel very safe driving it. The interior is partially leather, however it has a kind of puke brown color to it that is unattractive. The CRV features a very large trunk, which is great for someone like me who frequently transports large amounts of items. The car has a spacious interior, and seats up to 5. Since it is an SUV, it would be nice if it sat more people or if it had more seats or you had the option of putting more seats in the car. It is an attractive car, even though it is over 10 years old it does not look old.

It's a decent car.
So I own a 2015 Honda CRV EX-L. I bought it because I wanted something that was fairly comfortable, had AWD, and decent gas mileage. I can't complain with all of that. The leather seats are sort of comfortable, although long rides tend to destroy my back. The AWD works well and it handles decently in the show. The gas mileage ranges from low 20s (city) to 29 (highway). However, it is an incredibly boring car to drive. It sort of drives like an athletic cow. Nothing terrible but nothing to get excited about. Passing can be difficult because the CVT is pokey. Give up the idea of quick acceleration from a stoplight. The brakes are soft. The roof rails not very functional. But, my son likes riding in the back and it does feel roomy back there. Although the rear seats don't fold flat, we can still pack a fair amount of stuff in the trunk area. It does come with a spare, which is a big deal to me. Don't attempt to tow anything with it. If all you need is a higher car that gets decent gas mileage and holds it's resale value, then it is a good choice.
