I bought a new 2016 Honda CR-V and have put on 32,000 miles since August 2016 (almost two years!). Prior to owning the CR-V I drove a Honda Accord, and thought I was going to stick with Accords for all future purchases. Somewhat on a whim, I landed on getting the CR-V instead, and I'm really glad I did. The CR-V is sporty enough in style so I don't feel like I'm driving a "suburban soccer mom mobile." The first thing I noticed and fell in love with was how quiet the ride is. The second thing was the perfect responsiveness of the gas and brakes. Some cars I have driven make me feel like I have to be either really forceful on the pedals or barely tap them at all, so this was a nice happy medium. The CR-V also has some nice features that I sorely lacked in my old Accord; namely, fold down back seats and back-up and right-turn cameras. The cameras are wonderful quality and must have anti-fog or defrosting features because even in inclement weather I have great visibility from the cameras. The Bluetooth, hands-free technology is also very user-friendly in this car and setting up my iPhone to connect to the car was a snap. Lastly, I couldn't be happier to have both oil life % and gas life settings on the dash--both of these features make my life a lot easier and take the guess-work out of knowing if it is really time for an oil change or a pit stop at the gas station.

The 2012 Honda CR-V is a good used SUV. It has some of the best fuel economy estimates in the compact SUV class, and it offers carlike handling and maneuverability. It should meet the daily needs of most buyers. ItÕs a great, authentic and beautiful ride for a family who loves traveling because it is very sturdy and itÕs perfect.
