Overall the CRV has been a great, reliable car save for a few annoyances. Most notably, the fuel economy is pretty poor and the interior feels very cheap and low grade. While the interior is definitely roomy, the back seat feels much smaller than similarly sized vehicles. For example, we also own a Honda Accord and the back seat is much more comfortable for everyone and just feels much meow high end. On the plus side, we regularly drive around with a very large jogging stroller in the back and still have plenty or room for our groceries, diaper bags and miscellaneous items. It's a great combination of not being so big that it feels like too much car, while still offering plenty or cargo room. You cannot beat having a hatchback instead of a trunk when you have young children. It's a great place for a quick outfit and diaper change when traveling! Overall, we have over 60,000 miles and have not done much more than required maintenance. It is certainly not the fanciest car, and its looks leave a lot to be desired, but it is quite practical for everyday family use.

I absolutely love, love, love my car. It handles exceptionally well in the snow, and makes me feel more at ease when having to drive in bad weather to and from work. This is the first vehicle I own that I didn't feel afraid to drive in the Winter weather. I have also had it for almost 6 years, and *knock on wood*, nothing other than standard maintenance has been needed - not like past cars where it seemed like something was always going wrong. In addition, I take my dogs everywhere (and I do mean everywhere), and the seats are super easy to clean! I would definitely recommend to my family and friends who are looking for a car with decent gas mileage and just an overall good vehicle with low maintenance and upkeep.
