The Honda Insight sedan is a pretty stylish looking car, but has very few features not found in other hybrid vehicles. The interior is semi-comfortable with plenty of leg room in the front, but lacking in the back seat. The rear seats can be folded down to allow more trunk room, but do not actually make a flat surface when folded down so hauling items can be an issue if they are too large. The car itself handles nicely and has needed no maintenance other than the scheduled preventive services and oil changes. The selling point of the vehicle was the 40MPG city gas mileage, while on the highway ranging closer to 50MPG. With a digital display to show your average gas mileage, speed, ranked driving performance, drive time, and vehicle maintenance guide, the dash has proven to be very informative. The acceleration is not quite all there though, usually keeping the driver in the right lane until up to the adequate speed for driving. The breaking is very well though, and it is a very safe feeling ride with extra viewing room in the back due to the flat glass on the hatchback trunk. Due to the price of the vehicle with compared to other vehicles of the same type, it is a little over priced for the performance.
