The Beast
I just love this vehicle. I'll be the first to admit that I didn't have any standout pros or standout cons, anybody who buys it, buys it simply because it's a Hummer. It has an iconic look and attitude, and I feel quite strongly that in the future it will have a unique look and body type that will be coveted. I look forward to passing this car on to my son.

Total garbage.
The car is a pile of junk. If you hit a small pothole be prepared to replace the hub, and possibly the c/v joint. Please don't take this vehicle off road as if you need some power to get over an obstacle you will be replacing the driveline c/v joint and possibly the whole driveline. It eats tires like no vehicle I have owned before. Many issues with the traction control coming loose at the rear differential. It uses gas like its a Sherman tank. It is very hard to see out of the windows. They are tiny. the mirrors vibrate when you are driving. The lights in the dash for the buttons come on and go out whenever they feel like it. The seats are uncomfortable after about 5 min. The door unlocks have to be hit 3 times in order to unlock all the doors. The ride is very rough, even after replacing the suspension, and all the body mount bushings to the frame. This car is an absolute train wreck. I would highly encourage anyone (even my worst enemy) to avoid purchasing one of these like the plague.

Love my H3!
My 2007 Hummer H3 is the second Hummer I have purchased. The first one I only had two months before another driver caused me to drive head on into a traffic pole. I walked away with very minor injuries due to the safety features and strong build. This one we have driven over 40,000 miles in two years (it has a total of 91,000) and it doesn't rattle, and is still sturdy. We have taken it on several long drives and it is exceptionally comfortable, and for a large vehicle, rides very smooth even with the number of miles it has. Another one of my favorite things about the H3 is the small turning radius. Compared to other vehicles of similar size, it is easy to turn and maneuver into places I didn't think it would! I love the size and having the up high truck feeling but with an easier turning radius and a more comfortable ride. I would also say it has been pretty reliable. It was a used vehicle when we purchased it, so I don't know how it was cared for during the first 40,000 miles but it has only needed minor work and regular maintenance.
