I love my Elantra! I like that it's a "smaller" car yet very roomy. The exterior is very nicely done in my opinion, however, the interior could use some work. The gas mileage is one of the things that I really like. It does amazing on the highway and even cruising around town. It's not expensive to full up the tank, and I can go weeks without having to fill up again. Overall, the quality has been really great and the car performs exactly how I need it to. Hyundai have been an amazing company to work with, with great warranties!
Historia
Love taking the car to the beach! That is one of the first things I did with it when I got it: windows down and cruised down the road by the beach (never got my car in the sand!) very relaxing drives, and I still do it today when I need to unwind!
A Favor
This car gets amazing gas mileage! Love that I don't have to full my tank up as much as with a regular car, and it's not even a hybrid! Very spacious trunk for being a "smaller" car. Spacious room in the backseat as well as plenty of leg room in the front as well.
En Contra
Wish the interior would look a bit nicer, maybe more up to date. Cloth seats are a little cheap as well -- that I would love to see upgraded. Would even like to see this model come in a more sporty package and maybe even a sun roof. The get up can be a little slow, so passing people may be a little bit of a challenge.

This car performs very well. I bought it in 2014 and have had it 41/2 years so far. The only maintenance I have paid within the 41/2 years has only been oil and filter changes. I have not had any problems with the car, which I am still surprised by. I have a little over 70,000 miles on it as well.
Historia
Because it is a limited edition, both the front and back seats have perforated leather and seat warmers. Only after having the car for a week my son peed in the back seat, and like I say the seats are perforated so before I could pull over to clean it, the pee had already seeped into the holes. Stick to perforated front seats only if you have kids.
A Favor
I like that the Bluetooth connection is easy to set up. The mpg is really good. It cost me around $27 for a full tank of gas which is a little over 400 miles per tank. The trunk is also really spacious for it to be such a small car. Wheel locks came with the car. The headlights are very bright. The speakers are high quality.
En Contra
The touch screen is small. Also the backup camera could be a little better when using it at night. The car did not come with a spare tire. The tire sensor light keeps coming on for no reason.
