The Jeep Grand Cherokee is an SUV that stands the test of time. It is understated in it's design yet carries an unmistakable look. The high ride height of the vehicle gives the driver a commanding view of the road ahead. It's hallmark trait, four-wheel drive, is a lifesaving feature in areas with four seasons, not to mention cheaply maintained roads. I purchased mine used (2 years old), and it performed as if it came of the assembly line a month ago. Ride quality is superb, and the interior is good (if not top-tier), but all-in-all it is a worthy ride.

First off, let me start this by saying I am a big Jeep fan. This is my second Grand Cherokee, and I also had a few Cherokee Sports before. You can run these cars and they don't stop. I liked mine so much, I got one for my mom. Her boyfriend didn't believe in gauges and ignored the temperature gauge, so it over heated so bad the engine seized up. I thought the car was toast, but it wasn't. She went to lunch, and when she came out, it cooled off and started right up. I have taken mine back in the woods many times, and even at stock height, it can get anywhere.
