Awesome SUV
The Ford Explorer is one of the best SUVs I will ever own. It has seen everything and taken me everywhere. I had this car for over 12 years before I traded it in. If I did not need a new car, I bet I would still be driving the Explorer.

Good but falling apart.
Since it's a used car, we're finding that after a few years of owning her, our truck is starting to fall apart. Things are failing internally, and the cost to replace these old parts are coming close to what we paid for her when we purchased her. Another downside would be the lack of a step to get in. My elderly mother has a very hard time getting in the front seat (forget about crawling behind the seat to the back!), and even I sometimes have a problem getting into the car if I'm wearing a skirt or dress.

The sales persons are very much reliable and nice individuals to speak to concerning all of my doubts and the environment is quite friendly. I became very much frustrated and while entering this dealership all of my doubts were solved and I ended up having a great experience.
