Mesa, AZ Driving Tips
I think that the best tip to give the new drivers is to pay attention to your tires. Arizona is a very arid place, which is not good on tires. They need to remember that tires have a different temperature when they are hot to, this is important because they do not want to have their tires over inflated and blow because of over inflation. The heat and dry weather effects several parts of your vehicle and it is important that you pay attention to your vehicle so you do not get dry wrought. This is something that would be important to investigate if they are trying to purchase a vehicle that is used. Drivers should also make sure that they turn on their vehicle at regular intervals to make sure that they do not have problems due to dry wrought. Not only can tires have problems because of dry wrought, but other places such as fuel lines can suffer as well. There are even deals you can get where you can have tires replaced due to damages under warranty, so make sure you look into that when you are getting your tires changed. Make sure you get yourself the option where you can have a free tire replacement up to a certain amount of tread use so you don't have to worry about buying new tires if a problem occurs.
Mesa, AZ Buying Tips
If you are trying to purchase a vehicle in Mesa, it is important that you shop around before you make your final selection. There are a lot of companies, both big and small, that have lot in Mesa. Therefore they are all competing for your business. Make sure that you get a clear idea of the different incentives and get yourself the best deal possible when you are driving. There are places that will take you no matter what your credit is, and there are places that you will have to have a fairly good credit score in order to get a vehicle from them. This is normal, and you need to find out what type of qualifications each company is going to have before you try to spend hours at their dealership getting a vehicle when you do not qualify. There are also companies that will rent vehicles to people if they do not want to have a commitment towards one type of vehicle. There are a lot of options, so make sure you look at all the different options and choose the one that is best suited for you. This way you will be able to drive off of the lot happy, which is important because a car purchase is very large.
Favorite driving memory
I like the fact that is fairly easy to get around in the Mesa with a car. There is traffic, but it is not so bad that you get held up a lot because of it. The street signs are easy to read for the most part and there is not a bunch of traffic. The signs are also in a place that makes sense and are not blocked by trees or other obstructions which can occur in other areas. There are not a lot of construction problems that can occur in other cities. When there is a construction zone you can tell that there are workers there who will insure that the job is done in a timely manner. This is important because construction zones can cause issues when you are trying to get where you need to in a timely manner. I drive to Mesa to get my children to their school and I love that drive because of how much fun the children have when driving. We can play car games and keep entertained while getting to where we need to go. They like to look at the different signs that are posted and try to read the letters on them. This is not only fun for them, but educational as well.
Favorite road
Broadway.. I like to drive on Broadway to get my children to school because it is where they get their education. It is also the fastest route to get them to school. This is a great area to drive through because you do not have a bunch of problems when driving. You feel safe because the neighborhood is a good one. There are also a lot of helpful people around. When one of the church members dog's got out of their car, people stopped to block the road so the dog would not get hurt. They also helped to catch the dog which took a few minutes. The cops are also very nice in this area, and will help you out if you need it. When I was trying to find their school for the first time, a police officer gave me really good directions. Also the road does not have a lot of potholes, which is good because I don't want my vehicle to get ruined because of bad road conditions. The roads are smooth to drive on which is good because I do not have four wheel drive. I also like the fact that there are not usually any severe weather problems that effect the driving such as snow, black ice, or random items in the street from storms.

Mesa, AZ Driving Tips
Firstly, DO NOT TEXT AND DRIVE! There's far too many of us on the roads, and I can't tell you how many near-death experiences I've had trying to avoid getting into an accident with people who are too busy staring down at their phones to pay attention while driving at 80 mph! If you're NOT one of the texters, my best advice to you is drive defensively. That is, drive while assuming everyone else on the road around you is an idiot. Trust me, that's saved my butt quite a few times too! Base what lane you choose on the speed you're going. You don't want to be in the two left-most lanes if you aren't going at least 10 mph OVER the speed limit. Nothing irritates us speed-demons more than a person in the fast-lane going the speed limit (or even slower). Slower drivers stick to the right, faster to the left. Also try to avoid driving in the right-most lane. The way the highways are set up, the on-ramp lane becomes the off-ramp lane, so there's a LOT of automotive ballet that takes place in that right-most lane. Best recommendation is unless you're physically about to get off the highway, stay in the second-most right lane, and if you're just getting on the highway, move over as soon as you can.
Mesa, AZ Buying Tips
See I haven't been able to go to a dealership because student loans have screwed up my credit. So I've never been eligible to get a loan, and I've never made enough to be eligible even for high-risk borrowing. So far, I've gotten all of my cars off Craigslist. In terms of tips for Craigslist, stay within your budget, ALWAYS check out the car in PERSON before you decide to buy, and bringing someone with you for safety reasons. My Kia was an R/S title, but she's run beautifully in the 2.5 Years I've had her, and I've put well over 50,000 miles on the thing. If you look on Craigslist, look for imports. They're always better.
Favorite driving memory
The best part about driving in Mesa is driving on the state highways and freeways. I absolutely LOVE driving up AZ-87, as the scenery is absolutely breathtaking -- there really is no other way to describe it. On top of the beauty of it, I enjoy the windy and twisty roads. See, I grew up in Upstate New York and learned to drive in Upstate New York. All of the roads outside of town were curvy. I love taking turns at speed. So long as no one is in my way in or around Mesa, whether it be on the 202 or the 60 the 87 or whatever, I have a ball of a time.
Favorite road
Loop 202. Firstly, the 202 Loop is a highway. Upends of like, 4 lanes in each direction. They were widening it too, last I recall. Lots of space to avoid the crazy traffic, ESPECIALLY at rush hour. And that's the other thing I like about rush hour on the 202 is that there isn't AS much congestion on the 202. If you were driving down the 60, that's a whole nother ball park! I used to work in Phoenix, and my initial commute was 101-60-I10-51, but the traffic along that route is absolutely ridiculous if not occasionally life-threatening. Going home in the afternoon on the 51 wasn't always fun, but one you got on the 202, aside from the 101/202 junction, traffic flowed steadily. My final favorite part about the 202 are the curves. The 202 is one of the curvier highways, and remember how I love handling turns at speed? The 202 is perfect for me.
