Like an American car, but more expensive.
The car, overall, is very... Dissatisfying. I've had nothing but problems with it. I purchased it with 69,000 miles form the previous owner with a blown head gasket (previous owner's fault). It has been nothing but a nuisance to maintain, and a burden to repair. When it works, it works like I would expect any car to run. Speedy little car, but it gets the job done. I got this car as a "We need a car now and oh look, here's this one", and I have never seen a car with so many issues crop up 200 miles after purchase.

Major Issues
The Reno is a nice enough looking car. It is also comfortable to ride in and has plenty of interior room. We bought the car used at sixty-three thousand miles. Within a week, the check engine light was on. When it was placed in the shop, it had a variety of issues that needed to be addressed including replacing the catalytic converter. Since then, the car still does not seem to shift right through its gears. It has a jerky sort of motion. And now the air conditioner has also went out and it needs to go back in the shop. We've owned the car for a year and only put seven thousand miles on it. I'm afraid to drive it very far because it just doesn't seem like a dependable car to me. Also, the interior has some wear issues.

Dependable and roomy
I bought the Suzuki in 2011. Not a single day has passed where the engine didn't crank up, no matter how cold the weather. I am also impressed with how well it does in the snow, considering its size. I have an older car, a 1994 Prizm that is bigger, yet cannot get up a steep hill in the snow. I also think that for a small car, it has an amazing amount of room. My husband and I were actually able to fit a normal sized DRYER in the back when we moved.
