My Highlander is the best vehicle I have ever owned. Though it is far from your typical stylish SUV, you would not be embarrassed to be seen in it. The seats are comfortable and spaced really well for tall people like me. The gearbox and in-dash display is within reach and spares the driver from a confusing array of useless buttons. It is the answer for those of us that are money conscious because of its incredible economical gas use. It handles like a small car without sacrificing the SUV feel. Its cargo space is enormous even without the rear view bench seat folded down. It is a very nice, quiet cruising vehicle but very quick and nimble whenever I encounter situations that require me to react fast. I have never felt like I could lose control driving this car because it responds exceptionally well even around sharp corners. The only car maintenance performed on this vehicle since buying it is the usual oil changes, new brakes and transmission flush. I have put many miles on my car through the years, yet it still drives like new. I have become very attached to my car to the point that I think of it as a person that takes care of me on the road and is there when I need it to be. I have no intentions of trading in my Highlander anytime soon because I don't have a need to. It has spared me a lot of stress and anxiety unlike other less reliable vehicle owners that complain about their cars on a daily basis.
