An ideal hybrid.
The Toyota Prius 2nd generation car is a surprisingly and dependable car. I've had it for going on 11 years and it still keeps chugging along well. Like any car it needs maintenance, but I luckily have not had to fix any of the hybrid components of the car. It was advertised as having mileage in the 50s to 60s, which did not pan out in real-world driving. It's more like upper 30s to high 40s, depending on environmental circumstances and the aggressiveness of the driver.

Good customer service. Also, maintenance was great. I have serviced my car there for the past three years and any time I go there, there is always someone who listens attentively to my concerns and go all out to give me a satisfactory customer service experience. One time I went to rotate my tire and the customer service told me that my insurance does not cover that. I requested to see the manager and I was granted access to the manager who patiently explained things to me in a way that made me happy.
