Your clubs will fit in the back, as will most everything else. A comfortable seating arrangement for both drivers and passengers, the Golf has basically everything you need to get from Point A to Point B. Gas mileage is terrific. There's practically no maintenance. There's no terror on entering the expressway and competing with other drivers in our speedy urban environment. Many look down their noses at Volkswagen sedans, but for the price and the cost of ownership and the quality, they are really a superior vehicle. Being the little grey vehicle on the road means that quite often, you are "under cover" and yet riding in a well-handling vehicle. Even in winter, with heated front seats, you don't even notice that it's not a luxury car in which you are riding. It's easy to find a parking spot as well. There's really nothing I don't like about the Volkswagen Golf.
