The Prius is one of the best cars I've ever driven. It is a pleasure to own and has had no trouble in my first 55,000 miles driving. I have a basic model but the interior finish is high quality and I enjoy driving it. It is almost silent and I never run into issues with the audio system. I enjoy the keyless entry and ignition as it saves a lot of time and makes mornings seamless. It handles wonderfully and I've never had an issue getting up to speed when I need to. Of course, the reason that I got it, is because of the fuel economy. That is even better than I initially expected! My Prius took me on an 8,000 mile road trip a few years ago and I spent about $600 in gas for the entire trip. It was amazing to know that I was saving money and saving the air from all of those additional emissions. I think it is paying for itself in fuel savings pretty easily.
