A reliable and fuel-efficient car
The 2014 Toyota Prius is a very reliable and fuel-efficient car. Since I purchased the car in 2015, I never had any serious car trouble. What is most impressive about the car is that it is very stingy with fuel. It usually takes me three weeks before I need to fill up the tank with gas. My average fuel economy is about 43 miles per gallon. There are a couple of drawbacks to this car. The first one is that it does not have a very peppy engine. I tend to hesitate to jump into oncoming traffic because I am afraid that it would speed up in time to match the speed of traffic. Another drawback to the car is the design. It is not the most inspiring look so I don't necessarily enjoy driving the car. I owned a Mini Cooper prior to getting the Prius, and I enjoyed driving every minute of it. One issue that has come up with the car is the paint job. My parking spot is out in the sun and the paint has already started peeling on the bumper. I have never had issues before with the other cars I owned. Despite the blandness of the car, the Prius does a solid job of taking me from point A to point B without using a whole lot of fuel. It is definitely worth considering if you want to save money on fuel and maintenance.

Toyota Prius a great family vehicle
I have had my Toyota Prius for two years now, and I absolutely love it. It goes without saying that the gas mileage is a top reason to purchase this car, but I had no idea just how great it is to only have to fill up my tank once every week and a half! It gets slightly worse mileage on the highway, but within the city it's great. No other car I've owned comes close to comparing. It feels like a moderate sized sedan, but it has so much room inside. The storage in the far back truck area is almost always big enough for my needs, and when it is not, I can simply lie down the back seats and expand the space. As far as mechanical issues, I have had none, which is impressive since I used to routinely drive the car about 600 miles once a month in a cross-state trip. I love the keyless entry feature, it makes getting in and locking up the car with a baby very easy. It would be nice to have a model with remote start, which this vehicle doesn't offer. I'm very impressed with how smooth and quiet the engine runs. Sometimes it's hard to tell that the car is running at all. Overall, I would readily recommend this car to anyone I know. It's safe, reliable and very economical. I do not have any of the worries of breaking down that I had with previous cars. I will almost definitely purchase a newer model of this car in the future.

Toyota Prius - Best car I've ever owned
This review is about my 2010 Toyota Prius. I purchased it new in February 2011. It has been my daily driver, as well as my long-distance vacation car since, and I have racked up over 150,000 miles on it during that time. I was a little hesitant about the cost of ownership of a hybrid vehicle, but my concerns were completely off-base. This has been the lowest cost of ownership vehicle I have ever had. In the nine years that I have owned the car, the only expenses that I have had are basic consumables; such as gasoline, oil, tires, a new battery (the 12V battery, not the hybrid battery) and the headlights. Other than that, the car has been completely bulletproof. It is roomy, and I have moved us in it three times in that period of time, due to just how much space is available in the back when the seats are down. It is extremely comfortable to ride in, with heated leather bucket seats. The electric-compressor based air-conditioning also works very well, providing able AC during the hot summer months. The fuel efficient is also extremely good, and there has been no drop-off in fuel economy. On my commute, I can consistently get over 60 MPG. On the highway, even at 75 MPH, I still get around 50 MPG, after all this time on they hybrid battery. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Toyota Prius, when this one is finally at the end of it's useful life, which I don't anticipate happening any time soon.

They honored a trade in for a new Prius after a hail storm damaged my old Matrix. The old dealer had gone out of business and they got me into a new car with only one year of payments, a new contract and were so helpful. They were amazing.

They had foreign made cars and a fair reputation on their online reviews, especially with certified pre-owned vehicles.

Was good because we had freedom to look around and ask questions when needed, without being hounded.
