I purchased my RAV 4 in 2013 from a local dealership. It took me three days to fall in love with it. Overall it looks very elegant and sleek. Although I got the light color interior, there were enough options to choose from at the time. In addition to the choice of colors, other interior options existed. The manufacturer did a good job in organizing the interior space. If needed, the back seats collapse and create a large space for carrying extra large items. RAV 4 is a one step down from a full size van. While you wouldn't be able to carry as many passengers, you would be able to carry just as much luggage and even more. The interior luggage compartment has enough nooks and crannies to secure smaller items. It also offers secure storage in the body of the car. Each seat has a good size back pocket with space for laptops, tablets, and other gadgets. The pockets are well padded so you wouldn't need to worry about knees bumping into them or accidental kicking into a pocket. The side doors are equipped with nice size storage areas and cup holders too. Each one of the storage areas sized well and structured in a way that secures its contents.
