2003 Pontiac 1673
I bought a Pontiac Sunfire here in the spring of 2007. I didn't know much about buying cars and the people who were working there took full advantage of that . I later found out that I was paying more for the car than it was actually worth. They did a hard sell on a "service protection plan" that I bought and was utterly useless when things started falling apart with the car. The shadiest thing that they did was showing me a CARFAX from another car and claiming that it was for the car that I was buying. Again, my naivete and their high pressure sales. I would never buy another car from this dealership.

Honestly, not having been to many dealers in the area, the only redeeming quality of this particular dealership is the location. The selection is okay but could be better. Their customer service needs a lot of improving; the man we spoke with was very condescending when we explained our budget, insisting we could afford more than we were comfortable with. In the end, we walked away with a used car that has given us nothing but grief but was within our price range at the time. Sadly, it'd probably be the first place we'd go for another car in the future.

They are close to where I live and I can drive by one my way to work. They have a good selection of vehicles on their lot. I have always been greeted by someone when I've stopped by when searching for vehicles. I know others who have been there and they seemed satisfied with what they have seen.

Tuscaloosa, AL Driving Tips
One important tip is to watch out when the University students return to school in the fall. The first week of school the roads and unbelievably crowded and the students seem to be reckless drivers.
Tuscaloosa, AL Buying Tips
Tuscaloosa Toyota is the best place to go in Tuscaloosa to buy a car! Everyone there is super nice and never pushy. They will accommodate as far as they can go for you. They are very honoring of the customer.
Favorite driving memory
Driving along University Boulevard on game day for the first game of the season for the University of Alabama. It was so exciting to see all the outside vendors and all the fans walking around and enjoying the day tailgating and looking forward to the game. Everyone was being friendly and saying hi to everyone. It was like everyone in Tuscaloosa was one big happy family.
Favorite road
Jack Warner Parkway. Driving along the river walk on Jack Warner Parkway during the summer is so relaxing and beautiful to see the water and the pretty flowers and trees. The city has recently put a lot of effort in the landscaping of this area. It is so peaceful to see the nice sidewalks with people enjoying walking for exercise and walking with their families and their dogs.

Tuscaloosa, AL Driving Tips
Be careful because a lot of people drive through Tuscaloosa so there are many inexperienced drivers in the area who travel through and aren't the greatest drivers.
Tuscaloosa, AL Buying Tips
There are many locations on McFarland, but definitely travel south toward Birmingham and you will find a ton of lots plus a huge plant that makes BMWs, which means good prices at the dealerships in the area.
Favorite driving memory
My favorite memory is driving through Tuscaloosa on the way to watch the Mississippi State University versus The University of Alabama in one of the biggest football games for our season as the MSU bulldogs. The excitement surrounding the city of Tuscaloosa was undeniable. Even though I hate that crimson red color and that houndstooth pattern, It was awesome to drive around and see the excitement students and people in the community had for their team.
Favorite road
McFarland Blvd. I enjoy driving down McFarland because it is a long stretch right through Tuscaloosa that showcases their best shopping places. The plaza, the mall, Target and a brand new shopping center.
