2012 Volkswagen Golf - I love this car. It is perfect for me.
The 2012 Volkswagen Golf is one of the best selling family cars worldwide. And with good reason. Even at the base model, the car delivers many features not seen on comparable cars.
Historia
One of the most memorable times my family had with this car was when we decided to use it to transport our kayaks to the lake. We have 3 boats and our carrier can handle up to 4, so we figured we could get all of them on one car. For the most part, it worked. However, my boat is 18 feet long...longer than the car. A Favor
The engine is powerful while being economical. True to its German heritage the placement of the gauges is well thought out. The car handles really well for a small car. The transmission shifts beautifully. The styling is funky.
En Contra
The main negative about this car is that it is generally underrated by most people. Only those who own one know what a great value and fun to drive vehicle it really is.
