Volkswagen Passat Usados en Venta en Charlotte, NC

Well I own a 16 year old Volkswagen Passat that has the 1.8 engine with a turbo and a five speed transmission. It has the dark green color option. It used to have brown leather interior up until I got tired of it and went to the junk yard to get black interior seats, carpet, and a dashboard. I also removed the resonator and put in an aftermarket exhaust into it. On top of it all, I swapped out the hideous stock rims, and put in some nice European black rims with performance tires.

We had researched the Volkswagen Passat for years and wanted to find a diesel model. We located one online that was a one-owner, well maintained and low mileage. We had it checked out by our own mechanic, who found no problems. We have owned diesels previously and found the engines to be great quality and have a long life. This model was known for having a few "bugs," like a leaky sunroof, but the previous owner had taken care of all of them and we have had no issues. We have owned it now for two years, and except for routine maintenance, have experienced very few problems. We average about 40 mpg. It is compact, yet has a comfortable interior and handles well. I'm quite short and have no problems handling it.
