VW not reliable
This is a fun and zippy car. Very good on gas. However, not reliable. Lots of recalls and malfunctions. I had electronic problems. However, I was lucky that everything was covered under warranty. This car is the cheaper version of the Audi a4.

The 2015 Volkswagen Passat SEL that I leased is a decent vehicle. The exterior styling is basic in design with nothing outstanding to be noted. The interior is very roomy, which is one of the reasons I considered this vehicle. The interior gives the illusion of some luxury with the addition of faux wood trim instead of the usual plastic trim. It does offer a superior sound system with high-quality speakers. I do not like the faux-suede inserts with the leather seats, as they tend to be harder to clean. My main dislike is of the back-up camera system that takes a full 90 seconds to activate.

I purchased a 2013 Volkswagen Passat from this dealership and my experience was hassle free and quick. The minute I walked in I was helped by a friendly sales rep and when I picked out what I wanted the application process was 5-10 minutes. The price was negotiable and I managed to snag a discount of $4,000 of the final price.

The customer service was outstanding. When i stepped into the dealership a sales person immediately approached me and asked if i needed help. After a few minutes of browsing several different car models i have made my final choice and she was able to work out a better price and it didn't take long to finalize everything.

The dealership isn't too small and the employees are quick to process the paperwork. I was in and out within 30 minutes and I managed to get a good deal on the car.
