The Escape has an overall nice feel to the drive. It is much larger than I originally anticipated. As a Family Car, it can easily fit 5. A tow bar fits under the trunk and the car has a solid feel to it.
Story
My son was pitching a fit in the backseat one night. And just for fun, I rolled down the window. He thought it was so funny!
Pros
The front part of the cab is very spacious. All controls are convenient for the driver. The cup holders are large, and easy to access. Also, the electronics panel is easy for both driver and passenger to access. The trunk can easily hold two strollers.
Cons
The sound system is way below par for a vehicle in this price range. Also, for my model year, the trunk is quite high off the ground. The back seat does have air vents, but not separate controls. It has a single CD-player.

2014 Ford Escape - This vehicle is an excellent family SUV.

The 2014 Ford Escape is an excellent family vehicle. It contains plenty of room for children in the back seat and enough trunk space for any cargo that you may need to haul around. The Escape comes with the EcoBoost engine and is powerful enough for all of your towing or off-roading needs. I am an avid fisherman, and this is the only family oriented SUV that I have found that allows me enough power to tow a boat with. Its internal features are great, and it comes with Bluetooth and satellite radio. I live on a pretty rough, mountainous road, and the four-wheel drive in the Escape handles it perfectly.
Story
I towed a bass boat to a lake and was pleasantly surprised by how well this vehicle performed. At first I was apprehensive, but that quickly went away.
Pros
The most impressive aspect about the Ford Escape is the EcoBoost engine. This thing has some serious power and acceleration. I love being able to tow objects that you would normally need a truck for. Another great aspect is the roominess. There is plenty of room in the back seat and trunk for anything you would need to carry.
Cons
The only con that I have about the 2014 Escape is the design seems a bit blocky. I wish that it had a sleeker shape to it. It's not the greatest looking vehicle out there.
