There was no pressure walking in the door and when I was finally ready to talk about the best car for me, the dealer was very helpful. He also was very quick in the checkout process and since then they have been great with oil changes and rental cars when my car has needed service.

Friendly, helpful people. They were able to work with me and my situation and get me a ride I wanted for a price I could afford. The car was clean and in good shape. Of all the dealerships I visited in my search for a newer car, Pence certainly did best by me.
