The Ford Expedition is a powerful vehicle. It is big, it is bad, and it has power. Sitting inside of it is like sitting on a throne. In the five years I have owned this vehicle, I have had no problems with it. It has enough space to carry upwards of 5 people comfortably, and more if you're really cramming it. Driving this vehicle is a dream. It has smooth acceleration, easy control, and ample breaks. It is easy to fit into tight parking spots, while still keeping you elevated high off the ground for maximum viewing pleasure. I have spent 2+ hours a day in this vehicle for the last few years, and it has the most comfortable seating of any vehicle I have been in. I am convinced that if I lost my house, I would be comfortable living in this SUV until I got back on my feet. It gets excelle... (more)
Story
I have taken this beast on multiple off road excursions with a few friends. We camped in the desert.
Pros
Spacious, Powerful, Excellent handling, Intuitive controls, and four cup holders, Amazing off-road abilities
Cons
Stock audio system leaves something to be desired, Two door design can be cumbersome, Not much room for customizing

We bought this vehicle from a used car lot about two years ago. This vehicle is 16 years old and still runs well. It didn't come with third-row seats or a radio, because the previous owner removed them. We use the back as our trunk space. It's really spacious without the seats, and we like to lay blankets and pillows back there while we're enjoying time at the park. My husband likes to cuddle in the back. We have done a lot of work on the vehicle, but that's to be expected with an older vehicle. The interior is still nice, and we even have rims on it. It only has seating for five of us, and we're a family of seven. We have to sit two of the older kids in the trunk and pray we don't get pulled over for not having seat belts. The heat works extremely well. The A/C works OK, but it probab... (more)
Story
One night, my husband and I drove to the park. We opened the back, cuddled, and had a picnic. We had music, drinks, and good food. It was really nice and spacious.
Pros
Great heat.
Cons
Air doesn't run that great.

This is a very busy dealership. It seems to be run by a family. Extremely nice workers that didn't waste our time. They detail the cars onsite beforehand. The DVD player was replaced while we waited. The salesman held the car for us since we had a long trip to get there to see it. I called on our way to ask a question. He didn't realize it was me and told me the car was not available (because he was holding it until we got there to look at it). 5 stars.

I went into the dealership a little nervous because I felt that I might be taken advantage of. But it was the total opposite. I was met with a very competent salesperson who listened to everything I was wanting in a car. I also was able to explain my price range. They brought me to three different cars that I might like. Out of those three I was able to pick my new car. They were friendly and kind, and their follow through meant a lot to me.
