I own a 2013 Ford Explorer and I love it. This is by far the best vehicle I have ever owned. The vehicle looks modern and has all the modern technology that a tech geek could want. The third row seating comes in super handy for a family in everyday life, but especially on vacations, plenty of room for luggage and golf clubs. The interior is roomy and spacious with plenty of leg room for back passengers as well. The technology is outstanding with most actions being able to be performed with voice recognition. We purchased this vehicle to accommodate our growing family and it is well worth the payment every month. The sound system it came with is super and the hands free phone services in the car are amazing. The car runs super smooth at high speeds and no noise from inside the car from ... (more)
Story
Just this past summer we took a vacation to Orlando in this vehicle and it was most pleasant. My son and husband could both take their golf clubs and our luggage and we didn't have to worry about not having enough room. The kids were in the back with plenty of room to not get on each others nerves and the best of all was that the gas mileage we got was out of this world. This car made a great ... (more)
Pros
My favorite parts about this vehicle are the roominess. We go on vacations a lot and this was a big need for us as a family of four. This car meets and exceeds this expectation. We can fit luggage for four as well as 2 sets of golf clubs in the back with the third seat down and still have room up front for the family. If I am hauling more kids around than mine I can always put the third seat up and have extra seating which is great. As the driver my absolute favorite thing about the car is the technology. The technology allows me to be able to do just about everything hands free except the... (more)
Cons
My cons for this vehicle would be that all models should come with built in GPS. My car has this but it is a subscription service and should just come with the car. Also, I purchased the extended warrant because I was worried that with all the technology in the car that if something broke it would cost a lot to fix. If the screen goes out basically you have lost most of the functions of the car except driving. I know that with technology becoming more prevalent in vehicles that this could become a very expensive problem if things start to go awry all the time with computer chips and such. ... (more)

My Ford Explorer is amazing. I currently have 200,000+ miles and still going strong. I love the fact that I sit high off the ground and above most vehicles. It allows me great 360-degree visibility. The running boards allow me a "step" to get into the truck since I'm short. The limited slant on the windshield keeps most frost away. The heater is amazing and quick to blow warm air. The third and second row seating folds down and allows for a lot of room. I love that I can put a twin bed and box springs in the back and close the hatch with no problem. Transporting my son's rails and ramps for skate boarding is easily handled along with the many friends that generally accompany us. My only dislike is certain maintenance items that are extremely pricey: wheel bearings, brake roto... (more)
Story
My son was home on leave, and he uses my car while home. He had been out with his friends one weekend, and it was time to go back to base. I came out to start loading items in my Explorer, and the entire passenger side was covered in mud...from top to bottom. When asked about it he responded that he had become stuck in a mud puddle, and it took some effort to get out. My Explorer is not 4x... (more)
Pros
The top positive things about my Explorer are the roominess and comfort, the handling in all weather conditions, and sitting above most cars on the road.
Cons
The top negative things are the cost of certain repairs that Explorers are prone to: wheel bearings, brake rotors, and head gasket.

They were very patient and flexible with us knowing that we were not going to buy that day, but would eventually make a purchase. They listened to what we wanted and gave us honest feedback about the car we were interested in. They went out of their way to get the vehicle from another dealership and have it on time. They were always accommodating.

The dealership is locally owned so there is an emphasis on giving back to the community. This factor contributed the most to my buying a vehicle from them as opposed to looking online or at at dealerships outside of my community.
