My experience so far with my vehicle has been pretty good. I am not new to Ford, as I have owned another older F-150 in the past. I got this truck in the beige color with the regular bed. I bought the truck because I live in New England where it snows quite heavily during the winter. Having the option of four-wheel drive makes a huge difference in winter driving and makes me feel safer. The four-wheel drive on this vehicle is outstanding, and I never worry driving it in snowy conditions. I also use my truck for a lot of recreational activity. I own a boat, and this truck pulls the boat trailer on a hitch with no problem. I can back down the boat ramp and start my day fishing without a worry. Story
A memorable story was that I once used my truck to pull a farmer's dead tractor out of the middle of the road.
Pros
Comfortable interior, power windows, good four-wheel drive, easy to handle, roomy, and can fit five people including driver.
Cons
I realize it is a truck, but I spent a significant portion of my paycheck just to get gas so I can get to work. It is a hassle. Also, I have noticed that the plugs on the truck always break. It seems every time I get the truck inspected every year I have to replace the plugs, which I cannot do myself due to the design of the truck. It is not cheap having every single plug replaced.

I recently upgraded my F150 from a 2004 to a 2010. This truck was in mint condition when I bought it. The interior was super clean, and the exterior had no signs of any denting or damage. I went from a 2 door, 8-foot bed truck, to a 4 door, 5-foot bed truck. I haven't noticed too much of a difference between the 8-foot bed and the 5-foot bed, and it's great to have the backseat so my family can ride with me. I've owned Ford trucks my entire life, and this is probably the nicest and best truck that I've owned. I really enjoy all of the features that this truck has, especially the horsepower which really helps in towing both my boat and my wife's horse. Story
We took our truck camping, blew up a portable mattress and slept under the stars. It was amazing!
Pros
My favorites are that it is a great smaller towing vehicle, lots of interior space, comfortable seats, great speakers, and all factory installed options work perfectly. The doors are a bit heavy, especially for my daughter.
Cons
Recently started to notice a little bit of rust on the door, which is typical of this year of F150s. It is something to watch out for to make sure it doesn't spread.
