The Ford Taurus I own has been very reliable.
I like that the car was cheap and very reliable. I donÕt like how it has rust and the gas tank rusted and was spilling gas on the exhaust pipe almost killing me but didnÕt. I have only done the regular maintenance and the car has been running like new. The only work I have had to put into the car are the regular maintenance the vehicle required. The one problem I did have is rust. I had to change the gas take out because it had rusted a hole in it. The other problem I had was a new catalytic converter. The car runs great after I fixed those problems. The only reason I have to get rid of it is because MA has a emission test and the check engine light wonÕt go off. I took it to a machinist, and they said nothing was wrong and had no idea why it was on. This car is great in the snow and has good handling. It also has been very reliable and got my from point A to B and back. It has 200k miles on it and IÕm going to try and get the check engine light off and continue driving the car. I believe this might be due to something small but itÕs hard to find. The car doesnÕt run rough and has good horsepower. I love the car, but it is very basic inside everything is powered except the seats, the windows still work without any problems and it still has cold air.

I like the vehicle, it is reliable.
I like the vehicle. The vehicle has been a reliable means of transportation. The car is a six-cylinder vehicle, and although it is a six-cylinder vehicle, it is fairly good with gas mileage. I bought the car when it was 15 years old, and the engine only had 87,000 miles on it. One fear I had of this vehicle was that it was a unibody vehicle, meaning it did not have a separate frame. The maker of the vehicle does not have a reputation with having frames that are long lasting to begin with. The vehicle does have sensor lights that go off occasionally for no reason at all, like the air bag light and the doors open light. The one major problem I had with this vehicle is when I purchased it, there was a lot of rot in the floor pan on the passenger side. This was not an isolated incident I later found and that for some reason floor pans in many other same year models were rotting as well. I actually found that more parts in the vehicle were rotting on other vehicles a lot quicker than what I saw with mine. The leg room in the front is not the greatest either. Leg room in the back is much better than in the front. The car is also a comfortable ride and has plenty of trunk space as well. You could literally fit a body in the trunk.
