The Ford F150 is the best.
I own a 1999 Ford F150 and it is still going strong. I bought it used several years ago and have had very little maintenance even though it now has over 205,000 miles. The power and speed are very good. The ride is smooth. The exterior has been through a lot and still looks good. The interior is still in great shape. It is used 7 days a week for an agricultural work truck, but the mud and dirt have not destroyed any parts of it. I would feel confident drive it across the country if I needed to. I like the mileage in town and country.
