My Toyota Tundra has been a loyal servant over the years. Whether it is towing the family boat, or going on a road trip across the southeast United States, my Tundra has been able to do it all. The Tundra (now nicknamed "The Beast") and I have been together for 13 wonderful years. There has rarely been a hiccup. General maintenance and the repairing of a couple dingers has been the extent of my problems with The Beast. The build quality is superb. The interior cab is roomy and comfortable. The full size bed is handy, and the rubber lining is fantastic.
Story
I have many fond memories of hauling the boat to the family camp and going skiing for hours and hours.
Pros
As far as pros go, the #1 thing I have loved about my Tundra is that every time I turn it on, it runs. There hasn't been a single day when I have not been able to get somewhere due to a vehicle malfunction with the Tundra. The ride is smooth, and the gas mileage is pretty good for a full-size truck.
Cons
There have not been too many negative things with the Tundra. I would have liked the option to be able to raise and lower the seat. Also, sometimes the knobs for the air conditioner controls fall off. Other than that, I only have positive things to say about my experience with Toyota's signature truck line.

I purchased my Tundra with only 212 miles on the odometer. I love the feel of driving a big truck. I can tow almost anything with my truck. I have towed a large boat for over 600 miles without any problems. I have not had any type of problems with my truck since purchasing it. I change the oil and spark plugs when it needs to be completed which helps with the consumption of gas. I actually purchased my vehicle at a great price and if I had to do it again I would make the same decision. I love the option of the heated seats when it's cold and the dual air control system. My kids like the option of being able to control the music from the back seat. All in all I think this was a great purchase.
Story
When we first purchased the vehicle we drove to the beach. Everyone was asking questions about the truck and my husband was like this truck is going to cause a divorce.
Pros
My favorite features would have to be how great the truck handles. It is a large vehicle but it drives well. I love the way it just glides over bumps. I love that the back window can go completely down making the look of the truck even cooler. The leather interior is a plus. I basically love everything about my truck.
Cons
The only negative thing about my truck is sometimes I get a lot of unwanted attention because it is so awesome. There is actually nothing that makes me upset about this truck.

The customer service was amazing. They were quick and easy to work with. I enjoyed that they didn't try to up-sell me or get me to buy something that I didn't want. They also helped me find the exact truck that I wanted. Furthermore they not only matched the interest rate that I had from a credit union, but they beat it.

Salesman was helpful. and very friendly. He was patient and knowledgeable about all the vehicles I test drove. I did not feel rushed or pressured into purchasing. When I came back the next week deciding to purchase he remembered my name and greeted me. Manager gave a fair price
