This car is great if you are looking for a basic first car. I have currently driven 25,000 miles on it and have needed to get two "clutch updates" because of the bad transmission. The interior material is great and looks high quality and has held up well with no wear and tear. I have no issues with the radio (Bluetooth, connection, etc.). The outside of the car is sleek with no complaints.

I bought this car for the good fuel mileage and it hasn't disappointed me in that area. The overall design is very basic, and some of the cosmetic components (especially plastic pieces) seem cheaply made or have broken, for instance the air vent covers and the horizontal plastic trim along the outside of the doors. The engine has been reliable and relatively powerful. It doesn't feel sluggish or hesitant. One of the main cons about the car is the road noise. There seems to be very little insulation between the cabin and the engine area or bottom of the car. The seating is spacious, and the trunk is large enough to hold all of my husband's handyman tools. My daughter's large car seat fits great in the car.

First off, let me say that the Focus ST is one of the best cars I've ever owned. It has surpassed my expectations. I used to not think much of Ford vehicles in the past, but since test driving the fleet of Ford vehicles I really appreciate the value in all of their cars.
