I love the sporty look of the Terrain and the way it handles.
I like everything about the 2012 GMC Terrain. I have had the vehicle since May 2012 and have enjoyed driving on numerous trips out of town. It sits just high enough for a good view of the road but not to high that it is difficult to get in and out of without running boards. I made my decision to buy the Terrain a lot on its appearance. I love the sporty look and the lines. It is a midsize SUV but doesn't remind of a glorified station wagon as so many other models do. I also based my decision on past experience with our 2004 GMC Envoy. The GMC SUV's are very comfortable to ride even on long trips across country. We have the top of the line with all chrome package, leather interior, sunroof, navigation, heated seats(top and bottom). The cargo area is sufficient to hold several suitcases. My Terrain is a 6 cylinder and averages around 21-23 miles per gallon on the high and about 18 around town. I have received numerous compliments of the appearance of the vehicle. People love the black metallic paint and the chrome trim. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and enjoy driving the Terrain. If I decide to trade it would most likely be for another Terrain. I would and have recommended it to friends and family members.

Handles great
It reminds me of a capybara from the front! Other than that, it's a really great handling vehicle. I have leather everything with a red trim. It's loaded with features, and comfortable for long drives. The Bluetooth features are a plus, because I enjoy talking on the phone and have a 2 hour commute to work everyday. Not only is it comfortable to drive, but it also has some get up and go, so it's fun to drive. It's really smooth and very quiet on the inside. I get great gas mileage compared to my last vehicle. GMC put a lot of thought into it, it feels like a luxury vehicle.
