Overall, the car handled well as a daily driver. I knew that if I left it alone for 20+ minutes the thing would start up, but not starting the first time put me in a bind more than once. Honestly, I wanted to trust this car and keep it as long as I could, but it had nearly 250,000 miles on it when I bought it. The people before didn't take the necessary care of it, and now the repairs are just too much.

The Honda CR-V is the compact SUV you buy when you refuse to buy a minivan and do not need the third-row seat of the Hyundai Santa Fe. It seats five like a passenger car but can fold down the back seats to store and transport many items. I've fit grills, chairs, and moved in this SUV. It is reliable, and in the three years of owning it, I have not had to do any major repairs. It is not as powerful as I would like (I moved from a V6 Toyota Camry to this), and my next vehicle will certainly have a V6. However, this is a fantastic CUV to buy and own. It will get you places reliably and will happily carry a load.
