The build quality is great. There are no interior rattles, and I have driven 45,000 miles. The interior materials look and feel exceptional and have held up well over time. Also, I have been in a couple of minor accidents, and you cannot tell on the outside of the car that such an event ever occurred. The exterior hardware along with the paint has held up really well. I have experienced no issues with key electronic components, including the stereo and navigation system.

I bought a 2004 Honda Pilot in order to have a vehicle that could handle a variety of road conditions and that would last me several years. The Pilot handles exceptionally well in all kinds of weather (rain, snow, wind, etc...) and I've never had a serious problem with it. The car feels very solid and well built, and even gets decent gas mileage for its size. I would very much recommend it for people looking for a mid-size SUV that won't break down in only a few years.
