The Jaguar, which as a family we named "Sasha" is truly great but she has had a lot of malfunctions since we purchased her. I fell in love with the car as soon as I saw it. I especially loved the champagne/gold color of the exterior. I wasn't a fan of the leather seats because they trap too much heat inside of the car but that was easily overlooked. It also had tinted windows giving the car of a more sophisticated look, hence how she got her name. The car performed perfectly for a few months but after that the car has not functioned perfectly in a while.
Story
I did not receive my drivers license until my senior year in high school. So, it was great to roll up in the parking lot in a Jaguar, because nobody else at my school had one.
Pros
My favorite feature of this vehicle is the ability for it to quickly shift into Sport Mode. Meaning that you could going 35 miles per hour but still feel like you're going 50. Even though it takes premium gas to fill up the tank, I feel like this car goes very easy on gas rather than being a "gas guzzler". The car is quite simple to navigate, no extra buttons you have to press or learn, it is pretty straightforward.
Cons
Once one thing shut down, so did everything else. It is if the entire car relies on the parts of each other to function. This Jaguar has been in and out of the shop since we purchased her. This one alert that keeps flashing in the dashboard, displays "engine coolant low". Many bottles of antifreeze have been purchased but for some reason, that alert wont go away. The different fuses in the car blow quite frequently which easily becomes a hassle. Especially when it comes to finding out the location in which the fuse is.

I have had my Jag for about a year now. At first I didn't too much like the body style because it seemed "heavy" looking compared to the aerodynamic body styles. But we got a good deal on the vehicle, so over time it has really grown on me.
Story
My husband and I were leaving an event in separate cars. He thought he could shoot past me and I couldn't catch him. I hit the sport mode and quickly passed him. We still laugh about that day.
Pros
I like the car because it has beautiful leather interior, a large trunk for shopping, stain resistant carpet, and it is very good on gas.
Cons
The transmission went out on the vehicle at about 120k miles. To replace the transmission it was a very expensive bill. My biggest complaint is that any time something needs repaired the cost is about double the cost of a domestic car.
