First it was the customer service. They treat you real well and explain everything in detail. They do not push you to buy a vehicle. They show me what they paid for each vehicle and let you make an offer. They are willing to negotiate and will give you good deals. I didn't even last 30 minutes negotiating, they got down to the point.

Even though my car is 15+ years old, it still drives like a fairly new vehicle. The steering and handling is smooth, along with the braking. The interior material for the car seats and dashboard are of a high quality. The interior was still in mint condition when I bought it, even though it was an older car. There are issues with the electrical components though. The automatic lock and window panel on the driver's side stopped working. There is also a pretty big oil leak, which I heard is common for the age of my car. The car is past the 200,000 mile mark and is holding up very well. Besides the oil leak, there are no other issues with the engine. The fuel economy isn't that great, but for a bigger SUV type car, this is expected. The seats are comfy and the back seats are very roomy. T... (more)

I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee SUV new 14 years ago and it is still running strong. It's had relatively few problems over the years and has served me well as a mode of transportation, a transporter of possessions and just a fun car to drive. Had I to do it over again, I would definitely buy it again. The car was affordable to purchase and has not cost me too much in repairs.
Story
I have very fond memories of using the car for the many moves I've gone through in my life. I've used it to travel inter-state, and especially enjoyed driving with my dogs.
Pros
My favorite feature of the SUV was the spaciousness of the interior and the ease with which I was able to carry many things. I also liked the height of the vehicle which really improves visibility when driving and made me feel safer driving, especially on freeways. The six cylinder engine had enough power to get me up hills or wherever I needed to go.
Cons
As far as cons are concerned, the big one was a lack of fuel efficiency. Although my jeep got decent mileage driving on freeways, I usually drove in the city, and even worse, typically going up and down hills. I probably got less than 17 miles per gallon, which is pretty poor for two-wheel drive medium sized SUV. The other downside to this SUV was a surprising lack of traction. Granted its two wheel drive, but its ability to drive in ice or snow was just very poor. I had to buy chains just to feel safe. Luckily where I live, it rarely snows.
