Mazda3 -- love and hate.
The Mazda 3 is a good commuter vehicle. Good on gas mileage and handles like a go-kart. It is a light vehicle with good visibility while driving.

Not bad
This is a 2009 car and I purchased it in 2014 with cash in as-is condition. There was an accident before I purchased and also needed some cosmetic repair. Ever since I bought the car, I did not drive much on highways. It did not have any unexpected issues. I had to get the AC line leak fixed. I had to fill the coolant every year. It always showed the engine light almost all the time. But never really had issues. Lately the window glasses are causing trouble. Driver side glass doesn't close after its pulled down. One of the back doors doesn't open from inside.

I really liked the sales man. He was really helpful and was willing to negotiate without having to go to the manager. Not only that, but they provided me with breakfast and coffee even before I had made a deal. Additionally, they gave me 5 free oil changes and checkups.
