2001 Nissan Frontier - Quite the Trooper
My family was the second owner of this truck and since 2003 it has never failed to provide my family reliable transportation. Though at times it would break down, the repairs were always easy for me and my dad to do. As of late it has had some idling problems as well as the air conditioner going out a few weeks ago but other than that the car runs fairly well for as old it is.
Story
Since it's a truck and I live in a desert, I occasionally take it on a light offroading adventure.
Pros
The truck has required little to no maintenance in the years we've owned it. It's also extremely fun to drive and has an extremely roomy back seat for the class of truck that it is. Its bed is long enough to fit anything I would ever need to fit in there and the hooks around the bedliner are optimally placed in order to tie down things that pile up and reach over the top.
Cons
In the past, I've had to replace the thermostat on the truck at least six times which can be frustrating to have to pull out the entire radiator to get to. There are also two different manuals for the truck that state different temperature release thermostats that are needed in the truck. Neither one seems to work optimally. The truck has occasional overheating problems in the summer as well as very little storage room behind the back seat.
2013 Nissan Frontier - Very nice compact truck.
I needed a truck for my business and didn't want to get into a full size. I had good experience with Nissan's in the past so I decided to look at the Frontier. The crew cab is eventually what I settled on in white with the roof bars on top. It is just a very clean-looking truck. It has 75,000 miles now, and I've kept on the regular maintenance schedule with no performance issues at all.
Story
Took the truck up Willows/Holy Jim's Canyon Trail with no issues. The 4x4 and overdrive performed flawlessly and sleeping in the car was actually quite comfortable.
Pros
The four door crew cab has a very spacious backseat that even some of my bigger friends can easily fit and be comfortable in. Gas mileage is also very good for a six-cylinder 4x4 truck. The roof bars/rack are nice for attaching snowboards and surfboards to, while the bed of the truck can be used to store other gear and supplies.
Cons
The turning radius is my biggest complaint. The truck can't make U-turns on two-lane roads without a three-point turning and has a difficult time pulling into small parking spaces. The bed size is just a little too small. I admit that was part of the allure that made me purchase it was because it makes the truck look very sleek.

2013 Nissan JUKE - Mossy Nissan El Cajon
I bought my previous car here so when my girlfriend was in great need of a car so I bought a new car and gave her my old one. The salesman I worked with helped me with setting up my down payment since I didn't have it all down at first. It took a little additional paperwork but I was able to get into the car without the full down payment until two weeks later. I appreciated his flexibility.
2012 Nissan Altima - Valley Hi Nissan Victorville
The best part of working with Valley Hi Nissan was the people. The sales person that I dealt with was great, he was very personable and friendly and really helped ease the nerves that I had had at the time about making such a large purchase. I spoke with a few other people and the good attitude seemed to be pretty typical of the employees overall, so I would definitely want to go back the next time I'm in the market for a new car.
