The Nissan Versa Note is a good little car for traveling in short trips. It has decent gas mileage as well when going around town. The farthest I've driven it is to Moreno Valley/Riverside or to San Marcos and Carlsbad. Each time, I didn't have too much of a problem with gas consumption, though the air conditioner can be a gas hog. When driving, there are a few minor problems. As long as you're on flat roads or ones where there are no steep ascents or descents, it drives very well. It handles great when you need to break fairly quickly but not accelerate so well after sitting still for a few minutes.
Story
Hmmm...I haven't had this car for very long, so unfortunately, I don't have anything to share at this time.
Pros
It is spacious and economical. It can fit into smaller spaces without blocking other cars' doors when opening and closing them. It responds well and quickly when needing to slow down. I can get decent mileage out of it, approximately 150-240 mpg before I have to refill.
Cons
The comfort level isn't what it could be. The seats are curved in such a way that anyone under five feet is in for a world of hurt when they're driving. I purchased this car because I commute a long distance daily and needed a car that was economical and within my target price range. The car is economical but it is also the bare bones version without any perks giving it a better riding/driving experience.
Story
I don't really have a fun or memorable story surrounding this car. I can't wait to sell it.
Pros
The fuel usage is economical. The car fits into tight spaces with ease. The car drives easily and performs well in most situations.
Cons
This car does not do well climbing an incline. The engine has to work very hard to perform the task and I often have to drive in the slow lane on the highway to avoid the faster cars and their efficient gain of speed on an incline. This car seems to be a magnet of issues. For example, the air bags were recalled in my vehicle and the dealer had my car for a month while the manufacturer built the parts needed due to an extensive recall.
