Overall, good.
I really loved the Rogue when I first bought it. Even as a 2009, it looks sleek, new, has a good design inside and out. It drives smoothly as well, or at least it did when I first bought it. It also has comfortable features like cruise control and an AUX output. After having it for a short while, it did have major issues with its transmission and brakes and I needed to have a completely new transmission put in which was incredibly expensive. After some research was done, this seems to be a significant issue Nissan has had with their transmissions around the 2009 year. Overall, the Rogue has been a comfortable car, but the money that has gone into it's care has been almost as much as the car itself.

Electronics (computer) system sucks.
I bought a Nissan, even though I wanted an American car (Chevrolet) because I recently moved to Florida, and there are not too many American cars here. I bought the Nissan basically for eventual resale. This SUV drives nicely. The seats are comfortable, but the computer system is about 10 years too old. First of all, this must be the only car made that does not have a digital speedometer. I have to check my speed on the big round dial. There is a digital clock, but it's too small, and the lights are not bright enough to see it on a sunny day. The USB plug in the front is for your phone, and it connects to music, GPS and phone. However, it keeps going out (blackens), sometimes for hours. When I took it into service, it didn't happen then so they couldn't help me, duh. Murphy's Law, the next day it went out again, but I was no where near the dealership. So basically the car drives nicely and is comfortable, but there's no guarantee you're going to see the GPS or get any music 100% of the time. Oh yeah, Bluetooth doesn't work either.

The customer service was great. Because it is Carmax, the staff doesn't just see you as a commission. The process was very quick. The cars are Certified Pre-Owned so they are top notched.
